BAS monitor all our buildings from their ecoCENTRE and this function has proved to be invaluable. The ecoCENTRE sends messages to wherever we want and they use the telephone to relay any problems through to us. If they can not get through via telephone, they follow up with an e-mail and I receive a report every day. All in all a very useful set up that has grown and developed over the years.
IBMWe have had ecoANALYTICS running on our BEMS system monitoring the four buildings we are currently managing; the application enabled us to identify faults on the BEMS and analyse our control loop information. This has enabled us to consider using a condition based maintenance regime to assist in reducing energy costs. The reports easy to understand and give me an insight into what my engineers are doing.
